Weekly Photo Challenge: Threshold

A threshold is a point of entering; that point just before a new beginning — that split-second moment in time, full of anticipation. All the hard work is over; relief is palpable.

This is coming out of a sea caves in the island of Gozo, Malta.  It’s part of the Maltese archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea. The island is part of Malta and after the island of Malta itself, it is the second largest island in the archipelago.

The water is unbelievably blue and the locals joked that they throw die in the water when  they see tourists coming 🙂

About Retired2Travel

My passion has been for many, many years landscape photography so when the chance came up to retire early, in order to travel, I took it! It made sense then to marry the two (travel and photography) and create this blog. I hope you enjoy it :)

lewks like a sustainable spot for paragliding, like spot in peru i know,, very kewl 🙂 . Q

    • Thank you.

I think it can get quite rough there at times because we went there the day before and the tourist boats weren’t operating due to rough seas. I daresay you could paraglide in calmer weather and it would be magical!
